Once the work item bundle is created as referenced above, you need to complete indexing/ processing the item. Your first task is to update each form.

The forms will run through the validation engine to determine which required fields were NOT updated.

Once the form has been updated, you will receive a message that the form has been updated successfully.

You have four different options to complete this process

  1. Print in order to send to clients for a wet signature.

  2. Submit for eSign.

  3. Click the Create Work Item button on the Starting Point summary page. If the transaction is NOT AnnuityNet eligible, Docupace will display the work item details screen.

  4. If the account is AnnuityNet eligible, the Wizard will launch automatically. The information you entered while in Starting Point will auto-populate the AnnuityNet Wizard. For a step-by-step guide on processing a work item with the AnnuityNet wizard, please click here .
