Introduction: This guide provides information on how to make report groups visible to users and other administrative functions for the Reports.

Configuration instructions for Reports.

Audience: Administrators, who configure the Docupace system.

Functionality: Reports is and administrative function of Docupace. It allows to view activity performed by users of the system, on-going status of work items, changes made to specific items within workflows, and many more aspects of daily work in the Docupace system.

Administrative features include:

  • Assigning Reports to Report Groups

  • Assigning Users the ability to view specific Report Groups

Prerequisites: To access administrative features of Reports, the user must be given Administrative Access to Reports .
