Introduction


This document provides information on how to add supplemental documentation to a Work Item that has been created in Docupace using the Account Wizard/Starting Point. Some types of supplemental documents you may need to add to existing forms are:

  • Death Certificates
  • POA Documents
  • Copies of Government IDs
  • And so on.

You are welcome to read this guide in order or view sections as needed.
