What is Quick Start?

Tip: If you see an app module in this guide that you don't have access to, contact your system admin for help.

Overview

If you launched Quick Start from a CRM Client Contact (in Redtail or Wealthbox), the client information is sent to Docupace and the client name is displayed in the Overview section. It serves as a reminder of which client you selected.

Work Item Status

The Work Item Status section takes you to locations in the system where you can view Work Items by status. The Dashboard tile is always visible. It works as the standard Docupace dashboard. However, the Work Item Status app module is only accessible if you access Docupace through a CRM (Redtail client or Wealthbox client).

Client Information

This section contains two tiles: Clients and Accounts. If there is a contact/client that was selected from CRM (Redtail or Wealthbox), then clicking these tiles will open that client's folder and a list of that client's accounts. Otherwise, it will take you to a search page.

Request New Transaction

The tiles in this Quick Start section relate to the various transaction types in Docupace. The following tiles/app modules are available in this section.

• Account Service: This app allows you to make changes to an existing account.

• New Account: This app takes you through the typical Starting Point steps to open a new account.

Manage Documents

These tiles relate to managing documents within Docupace.

• View Client Documents

• Manage Unindexed Documents

• Upload Unindexed Documents

• ADV Part 2B: This app shows the advisor ADV office document associated with the logged-in user.
