Launching the Integration
Sending the Contact to Docupace
Once you have opened the Docupace integration window, you have three options.
Single Sign-On
Send To Client Folder
Send To Quick Start
1. Single Sign-On
When you click on Single Sign-On, Docupace will open in a new browser tab. You will first land on the Dashboard page as if you had logged in using a username and password.
2. Send To Client Folder
When you choose this option, the client data that has been entered into Redtail will create a client in Docupace. This creates a client folder with a general Subfolder.
When you make any updates/changes to your Client Contact in Redtail, you can resend the client record to update the details in Docupace.
3. Send To Quick Start
If you prefer to open a new account in Docupace, you can choose the Send to Quick Start option from a Client Contact in Redtail. This will either send the client to the Quick Start app or to Starting Point depending on your site settings.
Audience: Field Users
Functionality: The Redtail integration allows you to send client information from Redtail to Docupace.
