Overview

When a user submits a Work Item through the eSubmit Advanced app, the work item waits in the Home Office/Indexing queue. As the Home Office user you have to manually:

  • Watch assigned tasks on the Dashboard's My Tasks screen in the Tasks section with the status Index.

  • Get them from the Pool.

  • Index the Work Item to a Client Subfolder.

  • Index the specific documents to the appropriate document types.

  • Submit the Work Item to the appropriate Workflow.

Assigning eSubmitted Work Items to Yourself (optional)

If the tasks with the green circle are in the pool, select the Index queue and click the Get from Pool button to assign a task to yourself. Repeat this action for all tasks.

Note: The oldest task is assigned first. 

 

The system displays Work Items assigned to you in a list on the right side of the screen.

 

Prerequisites: Winter 2020 release

Audience: Home Office users, who use the Docupace system remotely to index Work Items and documents.
