Advisor ADV App

Overview
The Advisor app is a self-service app for advisors and their assistants. It allows users to upload the ADV Part 2B form into Docupace quickly. There are two ways to access the Advisor ADV app.
Selecting from the top navigation toolbar dropdown (value is dependent on your site’s configuration)
Through Quick Start (under Manage Documents)
Note: Accessing the app through Quick Start requires that Quick Start is enabled in your site.
Available Actions
There are four actions you can take while in the Advisor ADV App.
A. Select an advisor
B. Upload a file
C. Review the existing form
D. Leave the App
Select an advisor if one is not already selected.
Note: Advisors will have themselves selected automatically. Assistants will see all relevant advisors.
Drag and drop the new version of the ADV Part 2B form or use the Direct File Uploader.
Attention: Uploading a PDF will immediately replace an existing file.
After you upload a new document, you will see a confirmation message. The image on the right (C) will change to display the new document.
View the existing ADV Part 2B form for the selected advisor.
Click the Close button to leave the app.
