Pending Advisor Review

Once you create a Work Item in Starting Point, you can access it from the Pending Advisor Review queue. Work items in this queue require signatures to move to the next stage. You can either initiate the e-sign process or pend the item until you are able to gather the wet signatures.

Use the Actions button to initiate the eSign process. Click the Pend for e-Signature button to move the item into the Pending Client Signature queue.
