Part 1: Configuring Docupace for Wealthbox Integration

Log into your Docupace site (if not logged in already). Proceed to the Administration menu and configure the following settings for Wealthbox integration.
Configure settings for Docupace according to the following two steps:
Step 1: Configure Security Realm Access
Prerequisites: Summer 2020 Release + the following script: apply_dbrelam_sql_master script enabled
In order to access Wealthbox-related features, the user must be granted access to the respective security realm. Check under Administration > Security > Security realm that the list of Trusted SSO Realms for the user includes Wealthbox.
Step 2: Configure Alias Username in Docupace
To use SSO (Single Sign-On) functionality, when moving from Wealthbox screens to Docupace screens, Docupace must recognize the Wealthbox username. To do this, you or an administrator must add your Wealthbox username as an alias in your Docupace User account. That way, when the user opens a Docupace screen from Wealthbox, they will not have to enter a password, the system will recognize them automatically.
Tip: Alias for a User Access record can also be updated via .ACL file load. This approach is advisable when adding information for multiple users at the same time. See How to Process Data Files: Filling Out Each Data File section for more information.
Important: If the .ACL file for your site doesn’t contain the alias_user_name_clear and the alias_user_name columns, submit a request to Docupace Support. They will update the DocuCapture logic for your site.
