Click the green Verify Names and Signatures validation message.
Click the Orange Arrow to open the Configure Signers window.

Click the New Signer button.

Note: The Potential signers section shows the list of persons who may need to sign the account forms. The orange arrow points to the person who is currently designated to sign. Click New Signer even if you need to switch to a person listed in the Potential signers section.

Select the New Signer Type.
Type in the New Signer Name.
Click Confirm.

The system displays a confirmation message describing the change. Click OK.

The Current signer name field will show the new singer’s name and the orange arrow will point to the selected signer.

Click Disable Signature to disable the field and return to the form.
Click Revert to reset the field to its original state.
Click Cancel to discard your changes and return to the form.
Click Save to apply the changes and return to the form.

The printed name for the selected field changes to the Overridden Signer Name you entered.

The system also adjusts the list of eSign recipients.
