Audience: Advisors, who use the Docupace system to process Work Items for Client Accounts.

Functionality: By creating new Client Records and Folders, users are able to open accounts, perform maintenance, and associate other information with a specific Client. Client Subfolders are aimed at grouping together important data associated with specific Clients. Users can also store Client Documents within Client Records.
