To perform Docupace and SmartOffice integration, it is required to have users and data set up for SmartOffice.
User Preferences for Setup
A user with Administrator rights has to enable the appropriate licenses for each user, who wants to use the integration. For more information, view User Accounts - User Rights.
A user can have one or both licenses, depending on the features to be accessed. These licenses are the following:
Docupace Client Folder. Allows a user to access the Docupace client folder directly from SmartOffice.
Docupace Starting Point. Allows a user to export the SmartOffice contact data to Docupace for form filling.
Data Preferences for Setup
Before using contact records in SmartOffice, which is integrated with Docupace, ensure that:
Contact records have the following information: First Name, Last Name, Social Security number.
Business records have a Business Name and Tax ID.
