Forms can only be removed from Favorites one at a time.
To remove a form from your Favorites proceed as follows.

| 1 | Open the Forms Library. Filter and search for the form you would like to remove from your favorites. |  Filtering your favorite forms |
| 2 | Click on the pencil icon to access the form Details. |  Form pop-up toolbar |
| 3 | Scroll down to the Favorite Forms section. Select the label(s) you would like to disconnect a from this form. Then click Remove. Note: The form may be in multiple saved favorites. |  Selecting favorites label |
| 4 | Click Save and Close for the form. |  Save and Close the form |
| 5 | Verify the change by filtering and searching for the label you just removed the form from. |  Updated list of favorites |
