The Monitor consists of two main sub-tabs.

  1. Client Activity (EPACS) - provides access to work items in the ePACS workflow

  2. Mailroom - provides access to work items in the Mailroom workflow.

Note: Ad Review and Advisor Onboarding are additional Monitor Sub Tabs typically hidden.
