Scan and Upload

Items that are scanned with no barcode component are placed into your Mailroom for indexing.

Drag and Drop and Upload

From within your document editing screen, you will see a location to drag and drop an image stored on your pc.  Simply drag, drop, and save.

Manual Upload

You can upload records manually by clicking New, then Direct Upload. You can also upload content to a newly created record. Once you've located the image, click the Check In or Upload button in the Image Content field. You will be asked to search your hard drive to locate the record you want to upload. Follow the on-screen instructions, and the image will be uploaded. When you click Save, the record will be saved and indexed, depending on how you uploaded the file.

Attention: If you upload a document that does not have a barcode via New > Direct Upload, then the record will be uploaded as unindexed and sent to the mailroom for further processing.

Tip: If you upload a document via the record itself using the Check In or Upload feature the record will be indexed automatically even if it does not have a barcode.
