1. Single Sign-On
When you click on Single Sign-On, Docupace will open in a new browser tab. You will first land on the Dashboard page as if you had logged in using a username and password.
2. Send To Client Folder
When you choose this option, the client data that has been entered into Redtail will create a client in Docupace. This creates a client folder with a general Subfolder.

Additionally, when you make any updates/changes to your Client Contact in Redtail, you can follow the same steps we just covered (choose the integration button at the top of the page in Redtail) and you can send the NEW details for the client to UPDATE Docupace.
3. Send To Starting Point
1 | If you prefer to open a new account in Docupace, you can choose the Send to Starting Point option from a Client Contact in Redtail. This will launch a questionnaire that you can fill out, leading you to the right forms to complete the account opening process. | |
2 | The first screen you may see is going to prompt you to choose a Rep Code for the Client you are adding. It is a requirement in Docupace to link a Rep to a Client, this update makes the process seamless. | |
3 | Choose the Rep that should be associated with the client you added from Redtail, then you will be taken to the next step in the questionnaire. | |
4 | After completing the questionnaire, the system will provide you with the necessary forms. You can then fill out the forms and send them for signing, supervision, and processing. |
