Navigate to Administration > List Domains > Get From Pool Assignments domain, and then click New Get From Pool Assignments.

In Details, provide the preferred information based on your firm requirements:

  • In Description, enter a description for a new Get From Pool Assignment.

  • From Skill Rarity, select one of the following options: Unique, Rare, Uncommon, or Common.

  • In Task Due, Task Lead Time, and Task Due Expedited, provide the preferred time requirements based on SLA.

To add a new type of request, select Add on the Request Type pane.

  1. Product Type

  2. Registration Type

  3. Vendor/Custodian

  4. Product Name

  5. Client Subfolder Type

  7. Check Amount Maximum

  10. Region Code

  11. OSJ Code

  12. Branch

  13. BD

  14. Engagement Level

Once you add all the appropriate information, in the upper-right corner, select Save or Save and Close.
