In Actions:

a. Select Add, and then add the following actions (using Search tab > Name).

  • Set Priority by Skills

  • Set Work Item SLA Dates by Skill

  • Set Work Item SLA Dates by Skill Expedited

  • Set Work Item SLA Due Date by Skill

  • Set Work Item SLA Due Date by Skill Expedited

  • Set Work Item Skill

Tip: You may need to add more actions according to your firm preferences.

b. Once you add preferred actions, select Add in the upper-right corner.
