    Validations


    Workflow


    The form validates information that Fidelity requires to complete the account opening process. You can learn more about the type of validations used by this app in the section called Completing a Transaction.

    After you complete the new account opening form for Fidelity, the Work Item follows the same workflow path as other Work Items related to client activity. This includes:

    • Checking for recommended internal form validations 

    • Checking for internal validations required to complete transactions

    • Printing and wetsigning

    • Sending for eSign (if eligible)

    • Workflow queues

    • Work item review process
