Prerequisites: Summer 2020 Release + the following script: apply_dbrelam_sql_master script enabled

In order to access Wealthbox-related features, the user must be granted access to the respective security realm. Check inunder Administration > Security > Security realm that the list of Trusted SSO Realms for the user includes Wealthbox.

Open Docupace and proceed to Administration > Security > Security realm.

Step 2: Configure Alias User Name in Docupace

In order to To use SSO (Single Sign-On) functionality, when moving from Wealthbox screens to Docupace screens, it is necessary for Docupace to must recognize the Wealthbox username. To do this, the Wealthbox user alias is added you or an administrator must add your Wealthbox username as an alias in the your Docupace User Access recordaccount. That way, when the user opens a Docupace screen from SalesforceWealthbox , they will not have to enter a password, the system will recognize them automatically.

Tip

Tip: Alias for a User Access record can also be updated via .ACL file load. This approach is advisable when adding information for multiple users at the same time.

View the user alias in Wealthbox. Check this by opening the settings menu next to the user name and select Applications menu. The list of applications is displayed.

Log into your Docupace site. Proceed to Administration menu > List Domains.

Search for the corresponding user account and open account Details.

Click +Add. The new alias window opens.

Paste the username from Wealthbox and click Save. You are returned to the User Access Details page. The new alias appears in the Alias User Names list.
