Username in Docupace
To use SSO (Single Sign-On) functionality, when moving from Wealthbox screens to Docupace screens, Docupace must recognize the Wealthbox username. To do this, you or an administrator must add your Wealthbox username as an alias in your Docupace User account. That way, when the user opens a Docupace screen from Wealthbox, they will not have to enter a password, the system will recognize them automatically.

View the user alias in Wealthbox. Check this by opening the settings menu next to the username and selecting the Applications menu. The list of applications is displayed.  Scroll down to the Docupace application and click Settings.  Select and copy the code from the Your Docupace Alias field.  Log into your Docupace site. Open your User Settings.  Go to the API Credentials section of the User Profile and click the Edit icon next to the Wealthbox field.  Paste the username from Wealthbox and click Save.
