Important: If the .ACL file for your site doesn’t contain the alias_user_name_clear and the alias_user_name columns, submit a request to Docupace Support. They will update the DocuCapture logic for your site.

View the user alias in Wealthbox. Check this by opening the settings menu next to the username and selecting the Applications menu. The list of applications is displayed.

Scroll down to the Docupace application and click Settings.

Select and copy the code from the Your Docupace Alias field.

Log into your Docupace site. Open your User Settings.

Go to the API Credentials section of the User Profile and click the Edit icon next to the Wealthbox field.

Paste the username from Wealthbox and click Save. The new alias appears in the API Credentials list.
