Tip: Alias for a User Access record can also be updated via .ACL file load. This approach is advisable when adding information for multiple users at the same time. See How to Process Data Files: Filling Out Each Data File section for more information.

Note

Important: If the .ACL file for your site doesn’t contain the alias_user_name_clear and the alias_user_name columns, submit a request to Docupace Support. They will update the DocuCapture logic for your site.

View the user alias in Wealthbox. Check this by opening the settings menu next to the

user name

selecting the Applications menu. The list of applications is displayed.

Scroll down to the Docupace application and click Settings.

Log into your Docupace site

. Proceed to Administration menu > List Domains

Open the User Access (300) domain.

Search for the corresponding user account and open account Details.

Go to Alias User Name section.

Click +Add. The new alias window opens.

Open your User Settings.

Go to the API Credentials section of the User Profile and click the Edit icon next to the Wealthbox field.

Paste the username from Wealthbox and click Save

. You are returned to the User Access Details page

. The new alias appears in the

Alias User Names

API Credentials list.
