Three Application Preferences control automatic shredding for your Docupace site. :

  • Automatically generate shredding batch - controls whether batches must always be created manually

  • Shredding batch name format - date format for the name of the batch

  • Max shredding batch size - the number of documents allowed in each shredding batch
