A holding place for unassigned Work Items. When a Work Item stops at a Queue in the Workflow, it enters a Pool of other similar work items. Each Pool is associated with a specific Role in the Docupace system, to prevent unauthorized users from disrupting the workflow. Users who have the corresponding Role may see the number of Work Items currently held in the Pool and get these items into their own Task list, in order to process them.
