The Proposal-Existing App allows you to quickly view the list of existing Envestnet proposals for a specific client.

In Quick Start click the Proposal-Existing tile.

Tip

Tip: If you started from a Wealthbox or Redtail CRM contact, skip to Step 4. The system selects the client automatically.

The system displays a popup message asking you to select a client.

Click Close.

Search for the client from the list and open the Client Folder. Click Open Client in Envestnet in the top toolbar.

If the Client is found, the System opens the Envestnet Client screen for the Household.

Click the Proposals tab to see the proposals for all members of this Household.

Version: Proposal-Existing App for Envestnet is available only on versions of Docupace that are configured to use Quick Start.
