How to Add Notes to Investigated Alerts

Account alerts are processed at the end of each month-end. Adding notes to alerts significantly reduces research time for these alerts can greatly minimize the time spent researching recurring issues. To view access these notes, select the Alert Notes column via using the Column Selector.
