Overview
The Team Monitor allows you to view and manage teams. To open it, click on Commissions (1) > Team Monitor (2).

Managing Teams
You can complete the following tasks within Team Monitor.
Filter and Review review existing teams
Create/Remove/Terminate teams
Add/Remove employees from teams
Set the team lead
Adjust the split rate between individuals on teamsa team
Assign a team rep code
Add teams to commission plans
Buttons
There are four buttons located at the top of the Team Monitor window.

- To generate see a list of your existing teams, click the Filter (A) button. You may enter search terms to narrow your results.
Note: You can see additional information by adding the Team Member and Split % columns using the Column Selector. The system will display each team member as their own row.
- To view the details about a specific team, click the Details (B) button. The system opens the Team Detail window.

Tip: Alternatively, you can double-click on a team in your results list to view its details. |
- Click the Add Team (C) button to create a new team. The system will open a blank Team Detail Windowwindow.
- To remove a team, click the Remove Team (D) button.
Note: You may remove a team only if the team has no associated transactions. Otherwise, you must enter an end date in the Team Details window to terminate that team.

Creating a New Team
DetailsHere you can enter the following information:
Start/End Date
Name
Type
Description
Group Code (Primary and Alternate)
Note: A team must have at least one Primary Group Code. A group may have multiple Rep codes.
Employees - right-click in the tab to add an employee to the team

Tip: Once you have added an employee, you can set them as either a Leader or Member in the Group Role column as well as mark them as Primary. You may also adjust the way the system splits commissions between team members. |
To create a new Team entry and set up the Split Percentages, follow these steps:

In the Team Monitor window, click ADD TEAM. |

The system opens an empty Team Details window. ![]()
Enter the basic Team details:
Select the appropriate Draw from the dropdown. Draws are advances on commissions and can be forgivable or unforgivable.
Enter the extended Description for a team by double-clicking on the field.
Assign a Rep ID to the team in the Group Code table:

Add members to the team and define their roles and commission splits. Right-click in the Employees table and select Add from the menu. ![]()
Define each Team Member’s details and click OK:

(Optional) Assign a Lookup Table A payout table can be assigned to the team, which results in net splits.
Assign the Team to a Commission Plan In either the Team Monitor or Commission Console, assign the new team to a commission plan.
Click SAVE. The new Team is added to the Team Monitor. ![]() |
Adding a Team to a Commission Plan
In order to To manage compensation for a team, you must first add that team to a commission plan.

The system displays a confirmation message. Click OK to close this popup.
Once the system has finished processing the changes, you will receive a notification. This message explains if the system successfully assigned the teams. It will also identify how many teams it assigned. |
