In the Work Item with the status "Pending Advisor Review” (section Actions) click Send for review.

The client data has to be verified by FIS ChexSystems. When the information is received back from FIS ChexSystems into the Docupace system, Docupace stores this information in the CIP Verifications domain. The information received back can be made visible to both the user and back-office based on security rights.

Rw step

Go to the section CIP Verifications

In this section data of each verification process is displayed. By default verification results can be: “Verified”, “Failed”, and “No Record Found”.

Verified means all the required data is correct and the client is eligible for further procedures. The Work Item will continue through the normal workflow.

Failed means some of the required data didn’t pass the verification. It means the Work Item will be routed to a different processing queue in the workflow. Work Item with client’s documents are redirected to the Back Office where manual adjustments/overrides to the IDV or OFAC status can be made. This override will be logged back to FIS ChexSystems and within Docupace and allow the Work Item to move forward through the workflow process.

No Record Found means for some reason (system error or client data can’t be accessed, there are no records of the person) client data can’t be verified. In this case, the Work Item is redirected to the back-office for future investigation.

Note. If a customer requests more statuses, Back Office can modify a configuration by adding new statuses and defining different workflows for them.

Example. To describe that failed Work Item has been reviewed by Back Office, the status “Manual Pass” can be applied.
