To perform skill-based filtering, launch to the Skills domain:

Adding skills for Work Item
Skill-based filtering aims to assign the appropriate Work Items (WIs) to the right users with the proper skills. Thus, users can accomplish all the assigned WIs regarding the service-level agreement (SLA).
To add new skills:

To save skill results onto your computer:
Click Export > Current Fields or All Fields > Save on your computer. The Excel file is now saved on your computer.
To customize the skills report:
Click Customize View and then move labels due to your preferences.
