Launching Skills Domain
To perform skill-based filtering, launch to the Skills domain:

To find the Skills domain, enter Domain Id and/or Name, click Search (1), and then select the Skills domain (2). | Searching for Skills domain |
You can find the preferred domain by filtering names with the following search options: Contains, Is, Begins with, Ends with | Search options |

Adding Skills for Work Item
Skill-based filtering aims to assign the appropriate Work Items (WIs) to the right users with the proper skills. Thus, users can accomplish all the assigned WIs regarding the service-level agreement (SLA).
To add new skills:

In Details, provide the preferred information based on your firm requirements. Some fields are mandatory, for example: Name, Workflow, and Skill Rarity. Note: Name of the rule skill must be unique. | Providing details for skill-based filtering |
To add a new type of request: |

Find the already existing request type by Name, Scan User, Request Category or other options (1) or create a new request type via Create New (2). | Providing request type |
In Details, Scan User, User Group, Required Client Doc Types, Default Send To, provide the preferred information for a new request type, and then click Save. | Providing details for request type |

Find the already existing resident state (1) or create a new one via Create New (2). | Providing resident state |

Add the following information for skills, namely: Source System Product Series Name Suitability Level Producer Business Type Application State Contract Status

Once you create new skills, you can assign Work Items (WIs) to the right people and at the right time.
