Adding Skills for Work Item

Skill-based filtering aims to assign the appropriate Work Items (WIs) to the appropriate users with the proper skills. Thus, users can accomplish all the assigned WIs regarding the service-level agreement (SLA).

To add new skills:

  • Under the Skills pane, click New Skills.

In Details, provide the preferred information based on your firm requirements.
Some fields are mandatory, for example: Name, Workflow, and Skill Rarity.

Note: Name of the skill must be unique.
