In order to use SSO (Single Sign-On) functionality, when moving from Wealthbox screens to Docupace screens, it is necessary for Docupace to recognize the Wealthbox username. To do this, the Wealthbox user alias is added as an alias in the Docupace User Access record. That way, when the user opens a Docupace screen from Salesforce, they will not have to enter a password, the system will recognize them automatically.

Tip: Alias for a User Access record can also be updated via .ACL file load. This approach is advisable when adding information for multiple users at the same time. |
