Purpose: This report shows the details of ACL data file uploaded previously. It lists all the records loaded from the ACL file. You can check that the ACL file is processed as expected, without errors.

Document Access Audit Log

Purpose: This report can be used to review user activity within the system - which users have viewed, created, updated or deleted documents in a certain time period.
Report parameters:
Field | Description |

Document Internal Id | Document’s ID, if you need to see operations performed on a specific document. |
Login User Name | User from the system whose report to view. Enter an asterisk “*” to return records of all users. |
Date From * | Date period when operations were performed. |
Date To * | Date period when operations were performed. |
Operation Type * | Select one or several activities:

Document Creation

Purpose: This report lists documents created in the system by a specific user within a selected time period. Document ID and number of pages are shown for each.

Documents Indexed by User
