Initial Version

General reports are administrative-level reports granted to the back office administrators. The following reports are in this group:

ACL Load

Purpose: This report shows the details of ACL data file uploaded previously. It lists all the records loaded from the ACL file. You can check that the ACL file is processed as expected, without errors.

Document Access Audit Log

Purpose: This report can be used to review user activity within the system - which users have viewed, created, updated or deleted documents in a certain time period.

Document Internal Id

Document’s ID, if you need to see operations performed on a specific document.

Login User Name

User from the system whose report to view.

Enter an asterisk “*” to return records of all users.

Date From *

Date period when operations were performed.

Date To *

Date period when operations were performed.

Operation Type *

Select one or several activities:

  • Delete

  • Insert

  • Update

  • View

 

Document Creation

Purpose: This report lists documents created in the system by a specific user within a selected time period. Document ID and number of pages are shown for each.

Documents Indexed by User

Purpose: This report shows the number of documents indexed in the system by a specific user within a selected time period. Document count is shown.

User Access Audit Log

Purpose: This report can be used to review a specific user’s activity within the system - what documents (by ID) the user has viewed, created, updated, or deleted in a certain time period.

User Login Audit Log

Purpose: This report can be used to review when users logged in and logged out of the system - from which IP addresses and Host servers.

User Totals

Purpose: This report can be used to review overall totals of created documents within the system by users - how many documents each user has created and how many pages were uploaded within a certain time period.
