Custom Reports
Creating a New Report
The report search parameters are the selection criteria to filter report data. Thus you can narrow down your search results and refine the output of reports. Parameters may be in the form of date intervals, free-text strings, and a list of specific values. All parameters marked with * are mandatory.
Warning; In most cases, the span between Date From and Date To) cannot exceed 90 days.
Tip: You can use the tips below to search for multiple values for a specific field.
Some text fields allow you to enter an asterisk *. This tells the system to select all available values.
Alternatively, you can select more that one value from a specific list. Press and hold the Crtl key, then click on each value you want to include.
On submitting the search criteria, the Export Options page opens. Select an Export Type from the list of options. The list of possible outputs is set up by the report administrator. Thus each report may have a different subset of the above options available.
Type | Purpose |
---|---|
Allows you to view the report output in your browser and save it as a PDF file. | |
HTML | Renders the report output in a browser window. |
CSV | Allows you to view the output in Excel or in a text editor. Tip: This format is ideal when using Power Query in Excel for data compilation and/or analysis. |
XLS | Allows you to export the output and view it in Excel. |
