ePACS Reports Group
ePACS reports are available to all back-office users for managing work items. Back office users are able to see data for all other users.
The following reports are in this group:
Tracker BI Pending Client Mail Delivery
Purpose: This report is used to view all Tracker BI work items in the Pending Client Mail Delivery queue that must be manually mailed to clients.

Report parameters:
Field | Description |

Date From * | Date period when Tracker BI work items have been created. |
Date To * | Date period when Tracker BI work items have been created. |
Mailout Blotter
Purpose: This report displays all the work items that went through the Mail Originals queue. It provides basic information such as the mailout date, registration type, request type and the assigned user.
It will list mailing requests that were completed within the selected ‘From’ and ‘To’ dates.
Note: A request is completed if its Event Type is ‘Complete’.
Report parameters:

Completed Date From * | Start of the period when mailing requests were completed. |
Completed Date To * | End of the period when mailing requests were completed. |
NIGO Report by Advisor
Purpose: This report displays the counts of NIGO transactions for a specified assigned user, selected request type and within the creation and completion dates selected in the search parameters.
Report parameters:
Field | Description |

Assigned User * | User to whom the work item is currently assigned. Note: Enter an asterisk “*” to return records assigned to all users. |
Request Type * | A type from the 420 domain. |
Request Category * | A category from the 421 domain. |

Creation Date From | SLA start date period |

Principal Review Blotter
Purpose: This report displays all the work items that have been processed by a Principal Approver. It provides basic information such as the creation date, document type, approver and reviewer. It will list requests that were approved within the selected ‘From’ and ‘To’ dates.
Report parameters:

Principal Date From * | Start of the period when mailing requests were completed. |
Principal Date To * | End of the period when mailing requests were completed. |
Production Monitor
Purpose: This is a report reflecting the work that is currently in process. Shows what a user sees in the workflow monitor.
Report parameters:

Date From * | Time period for which to generate the report. |
Date To * | Time period for which to generate the report. |
