Billing and Load reports are administrative-level reports granted to the back office administrators. Most of these reports show user activity within the system, which will determine the amounts billed for using Docupace. This group includes the Rep Reassignment reports. The following reports are in this group:

Back Office Users

Purpose: This report shows which users have used the Docupace system within the selected month. This may determine the sum billed to each user for using Docupace. This report shows the list of active as well as former users of the system. You can see when was the last time that each user logged into the system.

Billing Start Month *

Choose the month for which to show the report.

Change Rep - Client Process Level

Purpose: This report lists the clients (Client Folders in Docupace) that are being processed by Advisors assigned to a specific representative’s code number (Rep#).

Purpose: This report lists the accounts (Client Subfolders in Docupace) that are being processed by Advisors assigned to a specific representative’s code number (Rep#).

Disk Space Usage

Purpose: This report can be used to see the amount of space currently used on the server. This determines the sum that will be billed for using the Docupace system. It can also be used to check changes in the amount of disk space used between several dates (by running the report several times).

Invoice Detail

Purpose: This report shows which users have used the Docupace system within the selected month. This may determine the sum billed to each user for using Docupace.

Billing Start Month *

Invoice Summary

Purpose: This report shows the activity of users in the system within a specified month. This determines the sum invoiced to each user for using Docupace. The amount billed depends on the number of billable users and the amount of storage used.

Note: Subscriptions shows the total number of users in the system, while Billable Users shows the number of users actually performing daily tasks. User accounts that are created for administrative purposes are withcounted (i.e. are not billed).

User Billing

Purpose: This report displays users who have accessed the system during a selected month. You can see each user’s Data Role and Billing Type. This report may help to determine the sum billed to each user for using Docupace.

Data Load

Purpose: This report summarizes the results of ACL, REP, CLT or APA data file loads within the timeframe specified. Includes errors and warnings.

Audience: Administrators

Functionality: Docupace reports allow admins to have an overview of how people use the system.
