There are three ways that you can respond to the NIGO.

A. Add a Memo Note

B. Upload a New Document

Note

Important Note: This method auto-escalates if you do not continue on to stage 3 of the process.

To upload a new document, you can add a new work item Work Item via client documents or attach a document to the work itemWork Item.

Option 1: Add New Work Item Client Documents

Warning

Warning: THIS METHOD REQUIRES INDEXING:

ONLY use this method to upload documents if the document is NEW and had no previous barcodes associated with it. This method will not auto-index, even if you accidentally scanned a barcode here.

Index the document.

Tip

: If you simply upload, the file will auto close when done.

Option 2: Attach Documents

Documents uploaded using this method shows appear as an unindexed document when uploadeddocuments. This is NOT the preferred recommended method.

C. Overwrite an Existing Document

Warning: This method auto-escalates if you do not continue on to part 3 of the process.

There are two ways that you can overwrite an existing document.

: If using barcode cover pages, please use Option 1.

Add a Memo

: This is the preferred method, as it auto-indexes files.

Option 2: Check-In a New Document Version

Add a Memo Note: Only Overwrites overwrites the file you are currently viewing.
