Audience: All Users

Functionality: The Dashboard is the landing page for all the users who log into the Docupace system. From the Dashboard, you can navigate to the Work Items in the system by accessing different queues that house them. The queues you can choose from are listed on the left side of your screen. This guide provides information about all the common queues you will come across on your dashboard as a rep.

Note: If you do not see a queue that is listed in this guide, it could be due to one of the following reasons: 

  • There are no items currently in the queue.

  • The user role you are assigned to does not have access rights to the queue.
