Click the NIGO or Reject transition button on the Work Item screen.

Select one or more Reason Codes.

Click Next.

Optional:

A. Revise the Notification email.

Click NiGO/Reject.

The system closes the app and transitions the Work Item.

Reason Code History Domain

The app updates the reason codes Reason Codes on the Work Item. You can view a history of these changes in the Work Item Details, under the Reason Code History section.
