Figure 3: Pending Client Signature Queue
This queue includes all work items Work Items for which you have chosen to Pend for e-Signature from the Pending Advisor Review queue. The system allows you to hold the item in this queue while you gather the e- signaturesesignatures. Once you scan the signed documents back into Docupace, the work item Work Item is routed to the appropriate department for review.

Use the Actions button to gather signatures. Click the Send for Review button to route the item to the appropriate department for review.
