How to Resolve Alerts

Search To search for an alert: , first configure the filter options (select Status by selecting either Open or In-process) for the Status (1) and . Then, click on FILTER (2) to proceed.
Select a particular alert from the list.
In the Alert Detail window, click RESOLVE.
In the Status Update window, enter the notes and click OK. Info | Note: Alert notes are displayed under the Notes tab. Alternatively, alerts Alerts can also be resolved addressed by clicking selecting the APPROVE button in the Transaction Monitor’s eBlotter tab of the Transaction Monitor. How to Add Notes to Investigated Alerts
Account Alerts
Account alerts are processed at the end of each month-end. Adding notes to alerts significantly reduces research time for these alerts can greatly minimize the time spent researching recurring issues. To view access these notes, select the Alert Notes column via using the Column Selector.

In the Alert Search tab, look for locate the alert you needrequire by following these steps: Define
In the Alert Detail window, right-click anywhere in within the grid and choose select the ADD option from the menu.
In the Notes window, enter your comments and click OK.
In the Alert Detail window, click SAVE.
Go to Reporting > Account Monitor.
In the Account Search tab:
Go To view your notes, including creation dates and authors, navigate to the Alert Notes tab, where all information will be displayed in a grid format. Your notes, the creation date, and the author are displayed on the grid. |
Trade Alerts
The procedure for adding notes for trade alerts is slightly different. The system displays Account alert notes in the Alert Notes column, but Trade Alert Notes are displayed in the Trade Approval Notes column.

First, verify if the Trade Approval Notes column (1) is present in the Alert Monitor window. If not, click the COLUMN SELECTOR button (2) on the lower left corner of the window.
In the Column Selector window, check the Trade Approval Notes column.
Create a Trade Approval note.
To view your notes, navigate to the Transaction Detail window > Transaction Notes > Approval Status Notes tab. |
How to Evaluate Alerts
Evaluating Alerts means alerts involves running /or generating the Alertsthem. This function process can be manual or scheduled for automatic alerts. Clicking Filter displays all alerts.
