Step 1: Configure Security Realm Access

Prerequisites: Summer 2020 Release + the following script: apply_dbrelam_sql_master script enabled

In order to access Wealthbox-related features, the user must be granted access to the respective security realm. Check inunder Administration > Security > Security realm that the list of Trusted SSO Realms for the user includes Wealthbox.

Username in Docupace

In order to To use SSO (Single Sign-On) functionality, when moving from Wealthbox screens to Docupace screens, it is necessary for Docupace to must recognize the Wealthbox username. To do this, the Wealthbox user alias is added you or an administrator must add your Wealthbox username as an alias in the your Docupace User Access recordaccount. That way, when the user opens a Docupace screen from SalesforceWealthbox, they will not have to enter a password, the system will recognize them automatically.

Tip

Tip: Alias for a User Access record can also be updated via .ACL file load. This approach is advisable when adding information for multiple users at the same time. See How to Process Data Files: Filling Out Each Data File section for more information.

Note

Important: If the .ACL file for your site doesn’t contain the alias_user_name_clear and the alias_user_name columns, submit a request to Docupace Support. They will update the DocuCapture logic for your site.

You are returned to the User Access Details page.

The new alias appears in the
