The Team Monitor allows you to view and manage teams. To open it, click on Compensation > Team Monitor. You can complete the following tasks within the Team Monitor.

  • Create/Remove/Terminate teams

Note: You may remove a team only if the team has no associated transactions. Otherwise, you must enter an end date to terminate that team.

  • Add/Remove employees from teams

  • Set the team lead

  • Adjust the split rate between individuals on teams.

  • Review existing teams

  • Create a Assign team rep code

  • Add teams to commission plans

To generate a list of your existing teams, click the Filter button. You may enter search terms to narrow your results.

To create a new team, click the Add Team button. The system will open a pop-up window. Here you can enter the following information:

  • Start/End Date

  • Name

  • Type

  • Description

  • Group Code (Primary and Secondary)Alternate)

Note: A team must have at least one Primary Group Code. A group may have multiple rep codes.

Finally, you can right-click in the employee's tab to search for and add the desired employees.employees. Once you have added an employee, you may set them as a team member or lead. You may also adjust the way the system splits commissions between team members.
