Accessing the Docupace Dashboard

(Menu Item)

Once the integration is set up, Salesforce users can open their Dashboard on the corresponding Docupace site without providing additional log-on information (both systems are connected with a Single Sign-On (SSO)).

Open any account in Salesforce. Docupace items appear as buttons in the top pane. Click Docupace Dashboard.

The Docupace site will open directly to the Dashboard. You will see any work items assigned to you in Docupace or proceed to search for any items you require in the system.
Tip
Troubleshooting: If prior to opening, the Docupace system asks for username and password, SSO might not be set up properly. Possible reasons:
Authorization protocol settings do not match. Add the same unique ID and secret key on both systems' sides as described in this section: Docupace Settings for Salesforce - Step 1: Configure Docupace OAuth Providers Settings
The username in Salesforce is different than the one in Docupace and User Alias is not configured. Add alias as described in this section: Docupace Settings for Salesforce - Step 2: Configure Alias User Name in Docupace
