Introduction: This integration guide describes how to connect the Salesforce.com CRM platform to the Docupace document management system for the companies that use both systems.
Overview
Docupace is a paperless document management and workflow system. It allows a company that provides wealth management services to store all of the documents related to their investor accounts in a centralized location. Salesforce is a customer relationship management platform that gives all company departments (marketing, sales, commerce, and service) a single, shared view of every customer.
Once these systems are integrated, your employees will be able to see from within the Salesforce interface those documents and work items, that are being processed in the Docupace system, as well as create new client records and client accounts for ongoing business.
With the Docupace’s newest Integration of R1 Summer 2023, you can now transition work items throughout the workflow, add or replace documents, make notes, view the work item event history, and more, all directly from the Salesforce interface.
