Warning: To perform the ADV file load, you should have the following: A rule existing in the Get From Pool Assignments domain. A row added to the file for each rule with help of which you can add or remove a user. Each row containing the relevant columns or fieldsEach column populated in the file.

Enter the following fields in the CSV file: Column | Description | Max length (Min length) | Extra Details | Example | *User ID | User ID of a person. | 125 (1) | - | Image RemovedImage Added CSV file | *Assignment Rule | Name/Description of Assignment Rule. | 254(1) | Match the exact value in the Description field in the Get From Pool Assignments domain (690). | *Processing Type | Indicates whether the rule should be added or removed from the User Access Record. | 6(3) | When you enter “ADD” in the Process Type column, the system will add the rule to the User Access record. When you enter “REMOVE” in the Process Type column, the system will remove the rule from the User Access record. |
Save the file as the ADV .CSV file format. Rename the file by adding the “CSVADV” particle at the end. Info |
