Review the NIGO

You will be notified of NIGOs in two ways:

You will receive an email notifying you that the work item has been NIGO’d. and you will need to access Docupace in order to rectify it.
If the NIGO work items exist, then upon logging into Docupace, the NIGO queues will be visible under the My Tasks Column.

Find and click on the Field Advisory NIGO Queue on your Dashboard.

You may need to click Get From Pool
