Introduction
This feature allows you to populate forms in one work item with data from other work items associated with that client. Sync writes/overwrites information in the new form’s fields that have matching mapping criteria to fields in the source form. This guide will help you sync information from an existing form using two different methods.
Important Note
When Exclude Form from Sync = Yes in the Forms Domain, this feature only applies to Save from the Form (Auto Sync) method and does not apply to the manual sync options discussed in this guide.
